2013 Annotations download

The annotations for the TRECVID SIN 2013 task include:

Annotations obtained from the collaborative annotations organized by LIG and LIF from 2010 tà 2012 [1];
these were partly contributed by TRECVID participants and partly contributed by the Quaero programme;
Annotations contributed by Brno University of Technology on IACC.1.A (2010 test) [2];
Annotations contributed by the Quaero programme on IACC.1.C (2012 test).

If you use these annotations in your TRECVID 2013 submissions, please cite references [1] and [2] in your notebook paper and in any other paper reporting results obtained using them.

The final version of the SIN 2013 collaborative annotation can be downloaded from http://mrim.imag.fr/tvca2013/ann.tgz (containing all annotations from 2010 to 2013 and from Brno).
A raw version of the 2013 collaborative annotation can be downloaded from http://mrim.imag.fr/tvca2013/ann-raw.tgz (containing all annotations from 2010 to 2013 and from Brno).

The raw versions contains all and only the direct annotations. There may be more than one annotation per shot and concept and no synthesis (e.g. majority vote) is made. No propagation using relations is made either. The raw version is given so that participants can use whatever strategy they want for fusing the multiple annotations and for using the implies and excludes relations.
